After having a long week at work, I decided to come to C&S Brookhaven for Happy Hour. It was a great experience. I did have to wait for about 15-20 minutes for a table to be open but I understood it was a Friday evening. My server, Darius was perfect! He put in my order for the oysters in a timely manner, made sure I had everything needed. He recommended me to try the clam chowder which was soooo good! The wine pairing with my oysters was great! I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing evening after a long day at work. When I visit again, I want Darius as my server!
The best oysters I’ve ever had. Wow. I honestly could have ate like 48 of them lol. The salad was okay. Good quality but nothing to rave about.
Quaint little spot. Attentive staff but not overly so. I ordered the lamb chops on the rare side of medium. My guest had the Sea Bass. Both were amazingly prepared. The selection of lamps. Was lean and not fatty. Will be returning soon.
I am always eating at C&S! I love everyone there! From the Foh to the Boh. All the bartenders understand the assignment! Rachel & Moe know what I want when I walk in. They can tell just by looking at me what I will be having that day! True definition of “where everybody knows your name” (cheers theme) Go there for happy hour and get the oysters.. add spinach & lots of love! Tell them Rachel California sent you
We had our work holiday lunch here and it was excellent. Upscale spot Service was excellent. We had a very nice and helpful waiter. All of our food was great. We started with baked oysters which are fabulous and calamari which was crispy and yummy.. I had the lobster BLT and it was so good. Texas toast. Large lobster tail, thick cut bacon. It was really yummy and the side salad we delicious. Their cheesecake and creme brulee were perfect. Light but also rich. Some cheesecakes are really dense and this was creamy and light. They must whip it lots. Fabulous meal!!
Wonderful experience . Food was perfect. My wine was delightful. Our server was Eli, he had a great personality , the best customer service and super pleasant ! I could have these oysters over and over again! The steak, calamari and salad were all amazing .ill be back much sooner than later .
Loved it, great ambiance and waiter Moe was very knowledgeable of the menu. I arrived for a 7pm birthday reservation and was seated promptly. Free parking is always a win for me! I had a chargrilled oysters & scallop dinner w/ Carolina fried rice & asparagus. First time trying the rice it was amazing! Will be back ...

The gumbo was rich, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection—a true standout. The blackened chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with bold, smoky flavors. I also enjoyed their shrimp and waffles, a perfect balance of crispy, savory, and sweet. The fluffy omelette was light, creamy, and cooked to perfection. Service: 10/10 The service was impeccable! The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ambiance: 10/10 The upscale ambiance added a special touch to the experience—elegant, inviting, and perfect for any occasion. Overall, I have nothing but praise for C&S Oyster Bar and Seafood. This spot is an absolute must-go, and it’s worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back!
